Ingredients

  • I pack of Kadbanou Sabzi Koukou
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
  • optional butter

Instructions

  1. DO NOT DEFROST  THE Sabzi Koukou put the sabzi Koukou in the microwave for 1 minute (poke holes in the package and microware )  or leave it out for 5 minutes before starting to cook
  2. Add the herbs to a large bowl and separate the greens with a fork
  3. Add the eggs and the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix well
  4. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a nonstick 8" skillet
  5. Make sure the oil is well heated
  6. Add the mixture to the skillet and gently press with the back of a fork or spoon
  7. Cook in a medium heat for 15 minutes or until it has hardened.
  8. Remove the skillet from heat, cover with a larger plate and invert the Koukou onto the plate
  9. Carefully clean the bottom of the skillet with a paper towel
  10. Heat the oil the same skillet again and slide the hardened mixture back to the skillet
  11. Let it cook for another 10-15 minutes on a low heat or until the bottom part  browns
  12. Add a little butter on top for taster (optional)
