Ingredients

with meat

1 pack of Kadbanou Fried Eggplant      
2/3 of a Kadbanou Fried onions            
1 handful Kadbanou sour grape        
3/4 teaspoon turmeric        
1/2 teaspoon salt        
1/2 teaspoon paprika        
1 table spoon onion powder (preferably organic)        
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (preferably organic)        
7-7 small peeled tomatoes (or 1  28 oz organic peeled canned tomatoes        
1/2 cup tomato sauce        
2 table spoon OIL        
1/2 cup water        
1. 1lb beef stew        

 

Vegetarian 

  • 1 pack of Kadbanou Fried Eggplant
  • 1/2 of a Kadbanou Fried onions
  • 1 handful Kadbanou sour grape
  • 3/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 table spoon onion powder (preferably organic)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (preferably organic)
  • 7 small peeled tomatoes or 1  28 oz organic peeled canned tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 table spoon OiL 
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

with meat

1- Remove 1 package of kadbanou Fried Eggplant and 1 pack of Kadbanou Fried onions from freezer                
and set aside ( or microwave it for 1-2 minutes to defrost                
2- Add oil in a deep medium skillet                
3- Add the stew beef                
4- Add spices to the meat                 
5- Add water and let it cook for 10-15 minutes                
6- In a medium skillet add kadbanou fried eggplants                
7- Add peeled tomatoes to the pan( You can substitute it with organic peeled canned tomatoes)                
8- Add Kadbanou Fried Onions                
9- Add sour grapes as desired                
10- Add the spices                
11- Add the oil                
12- Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce                
13- Add 1/2 cup of water   

Vegetarian

  1. Remove 1 package of kadbanou Fried Eggplant and 1 pack of Kadbanou Fried onions from freezer and set aside ( or microwave it for 1-2 minutes to defrost 
  2. Add Kadbanou fried eggplant in an oven safe pan
  3. Add peeled tomatoes (or organic canned peeled tomatoes)
  4. Add Fried Onions
  5. Add sour grape
  6. Add all spices
  7. Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  8. Add 1/2 cup water
  9. Add oil
  10. cover it with foil and put it in the preheated over (325 degree) for 30 minutes
